My journey to Flexletrics
Sport has been a part of my life since childhood – it has always been an integral part of my personal development. However, due to a genetically inherited bone disease similar to osteoarthritis, high-impact sports were not suitable for me. This led me to discover other ways to strengthen my body: For eight years, I trained in acrobatics, unicycling, tightrope walking, and aerial arts at a circus school. This period profoundly shaped my flexibility, breathing, body awareness, and discipline.
Later, I discovered my passion for weightlifting. But here, too, I quickly noticed how the increasing muscle mass negatively impacted my joints. Especially during the winter months, I experienced pain in my hips, knees, and ankles. In 2015, I first came across EMS training – and that marked the beginning of a completely new journey. After just a few sessions, I felt significant improvements: less stress on my joints, more stability, and a stronger musculoskeletal system.
This experience awakened in me the desire to delve deeper into the method.
After graduating from high school, I traveled to Mexico to visit my family – and through yoga and inspiring conversations, I realized that my professional future lay in the sports sector. Back in Germany, I completed my apprenticeship as a sports and fitness management assistant, specializing in EMS training. Working in various studios, I gained valuable experience, took on responsibility, and developed my own vision of high-quality, holistic training.
Flexletrics was born from this vision.
Today I am grateful for my journey and fulfilled by supporting people in achieving their goals in a healthy, sustainable, and individual way, and in feeling comfortable in their own bodies. For me, fitness means not only physical strength, but also continuous learning, growth, health, and inner balance.
