EMS training – Effective. Time-saving. Holistic.

What is EMS training?
EMS stands for electrical muscle stimulation. A special suit system delivers gentle electrical impulses to the muscles. These impulses activate the muscles more intensely and in deeper layers than is possible with conventional training. Just 20 minutes of training per week is enough to effectively strengthen the entire body.

Origin and development

The idea of stimulating muscles with electricity is not new:

  • As early as the 19th century, so-called electrotherapy baths were used in medicine to promote blood circulation and activate muscles.

  • EMS was used in physiotherapy in the 1960s to prevent muscle atrophy after injuries or surgeries.

  • Space medicine also uses EMS: Since astronauts lose muscle and bone mass in weightlessness, electrical muscle stimulation programs are used to maintain muscle mass in space.

  • Today, EMS is used worldwide in competitive sports and in modern fitness studios .

As the founder of Flexletrics EU, I support you in sustainably improving your quality of life – effectively, gently on the joints and without additional strain on the body.

EMS has a targeted effect on

  • Muscle building

  • Fat reduction

  • Stimulation of the cardiovascular system

  • Correction of muscular imbalances

  • Skin tightening and definition

  • Strengthening of the pelvic floor, back & torso

Holistic & sustainable
EMS training strengthens your physical fitness, promotes inner balance, self-esteem and mental well-being. It does not place additional strain on the body, but rather provides long-term relief.

Scientifically sound
Studies show that low-frequency electrical impulses cause deep muscle activation – even in hard-to-reach muscle groups. Customers report the following benefits after just a few sessions:
  • less back pain
  • noticeably more power
  • a more upright posture
  • more conscious breathing
  • higher resilience
  • joint- and bone-friendly training
Efficient for every training level
Whether you're a beginner or a competitive athlete: EMS promotes muscle building, coordination, strength endurance and speed – with high efficiency and improved oxygen supply for more vitality.

Benefits for athletes
In high-performance sports, EMS impresses with:
  • Increased performance with reduced training volume
  • lower risk of injury
  • Accelerated regeneration through improved blood circulation and lymph flow
  • Correction of muscular imbalances
